I am extremely disappointed with this hotel’s complete lack of empathy and flexibility. I had to cancel my trip due to a serious family emergency—my mother was admitted to the ICU in critical condition, which I fully documented and provided to the hotel.

Despite the severity of the situation and clear proof, the hotel refused to offer any form of refund, credit, or even a simple rescheduling option. This shows a shocking disregard for basic human compassion and customer care.

I understand policies exist, but there should always be room for exceptions in life-threatening emergencies. The rigid and insensitive response I received was unacceptable and frankly inhumane.

I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. If something unexpected happens in your life, do not expect understanding or support from this establishment. They care more about enforcing policies than treating guests like human beings.

Very disappointing experience.

Very nice.

When we arrived, the main TV in the living room was not working. So we had to call maintenance for that. Then the next morning we realized the icemaker was not working, so we had to call maintenance for that. And the day before we were leaving, we wanted new towels and it took me two phone calls and over an hour for them to arrive with the towels. So this experience, was not one of our best.

The hotel was amazing. It started with the front staff. The Guest Svc rep was pleasant, charming, and accommodating after a day of travel. The room was recently updated which was a nice addition to our stay. The pool was great, warm, and much bigger in person. I LOVED that I did not have to fight for pool chairs. There were enough for everyone. The pool bar had good drinks and food. I enjoyed the two free coffees or water bottles per day. Communicating with the front desk through text was easy, and they were extremely responsive. The outlet mall is right next door and can be accessed through the hotel. There are many stores and restaurants near by all within a 5 -10 min drive. This hotel is a home away from home. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in my room especially after days at a volleyball tournament

this place is great but parking is terrible if you return after 10:00 pm.

My stay was amazing as usual. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, check in was fast and my villa was actually ready early!

An excellent place to stay within walking distance to the nearby Vineland Premium Outlets. Disney & SeaWorld are close by, in case youre visiting parks. I took a star away due to the chaos during check-in, when multiple guests arrive & there are no visible areas asking people to queue because, so guests were cutting each other during the 4pm check in time. They do need signs or a stand that says "wait here," for those who obviously cant read. Also, after a certain time (6-7pm) the parking becomes full & you may have to walk a bit to your building if you cant find nearby parking. Other than that, the property is great, clean, & a good choice for families. Definitely recommended, but just be mindful of the busy times.

Clean and well
Organized

My 10th stay at this hotel. Still great, despite the new fees. The hotel is excellent, with a pleasant outdoor area and very well-equipped rooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, and the bedding and towels are great. The only downsides are the extra fees they are charging: resort fee ($30), parking ($10.65/day), and a cleaning fee ($3.75). The noise from the housekeeping staff in the hallways was also a bit bothering. Even so, it is still worth it and I plan to return.
