It was a great stay the staff are amazing with ideas of what to see how to get great wine tasting and just general knowledge of history and things about Evora . The hotel is quiet and in a great safe area with walking distance to restrauants and historical sights. The people in town are also helpful and pleasant most speak English. I would go again and recommend.

Wonderful small hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Great experience, doesn’t look like much from the street, just wait until you get inside the courtyard

I first stayed at this hotel in 2019, right before COVID, and it left such a strong impression that I made it a point to return years later. What stood out then still stands out now: the warmth of the staff, the charm of the property, the cozy atmosphere, and the attention to every small detail.

The hotel feels like a true gem within Évora — perfectly situated, beautifully maintained, and close enough to enjoy the town while still feeling peaceful and special. The staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming, and the entire experience feels personal rather than transactional.

Of all the places I visited across Spain and Portugal on my last trip, this hotel was the one that stayed with me the most. Returning here confirmed why. It has the rare quality of making you feel both at home and somewhere truly memorable.

Because of this experience, I’m also looking forward to staying with the Unlock group in Lisbon and expect the same level of care and hospitality.

This is an updated property in a former olive oil processing facility owned by a local convent. The conversion is very well done and the price is very reasonable for the level of amenities. There is underground parking on site for 10 euros a night

The hotel front desk and breakfast service was stellar. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay and wonderful breakfast.

Really loved this place. Great location, awesome breakfast, and really lovely staff throughout. The decor of the whole place was really well thought out and the suite was definitely worth it.
The only small negative was the really flat/soft pillows. The bed was so comfy and supportive, it would be perfect if there was an option of a more supportive pillow.

Had their own underground parking garage, which was great considering how Portugal parking is among the most difficult in the world. Night guy got us maracuya ice cream on request quickly, and the morning server was efficient and helpful (good omelet!). This property is walkable (at most 10 minutes) to all the Evora old city sites. Restaurants right down the street (we ate at Taskafina), nice shops close by.
