AC didn’t work well and treated me bad.

The air conditioner nor the heat worked. We were given a box fan and a heater. Totally made our sleep very uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful experience when we checked in. The frint desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with different locations for us to visit. I mentioned that we were in tiwn to celebrate my daughters birthday, and they delivered a nice dessert to our room! Very special for us. The rooms are quaint and comfortable too.

We enjoyed our stay with our family at the Warwick. We reserved a suite so it had plenty of room and the perk of two bathrooms! With a teenager that is especially helpful. The sweetest perk was complimentary glass of wine each night for the adults! We would stay there again for sure!

disappointing

The location is good, but carpet smell bad in the hallway and inside the room, kept window open to reduce the smell.

I think the room was fine but the thermostat and hanger in the closet didn’t work (couldn’t use the closet at all). Also, I felt this hotel is unsafe (elevators don’t require room keys to get to rooms, something that I think it’s unacceptable in a city like SFO). Last, it doesn’t have a gym.

Uncomfortable bed - had a back ache each morning. No ice machines available - you have to call the desk or room service but no answer when I called. The Tapas restaurant on-site has good food and service. Good dining options in the vicinity.

Everything was fine besides the fact that I seen mice running through the room.

Really need to deal with the homeless problem
