Easy check in but we got a room that had been used and not cleaned. Second room wasn’t that clean. Had to call 4 times to get towels. I’d say it’s mediocre. Not bad not great

Louie Pachero provided the most outstanding service Ive experienced at a hotel in decades. Sheraton is lucky to have such a poised & professional gentleman. He went out of his way to ensure every detail was sorted, particularly when I had ripped a hernia. If having “home away from home” support is how you define a good hotel experience, particularly in a hectic & unforgiving city like NYC, Louie and the Sheraton staff exemplify pure hospitality from a bygone era.

Room was far below expectations. Doors were broken. The entry door was falling apart. Broken cabinet.

Good location, reasonably sized rooms, but poor maintenance and the 30 USD destination fee feels like a scam due to all the limitations (not being able to use it on the day of check-out).

I was disappointed with the overall condition of the room for the price. The chairs had no cushion left in them and the mini fridge was battered . The location was perfect and the employees were amazing ; the room was just not as I expected it to be .

Very long wait for check-in. Additional charges for storing luggage after check out.

I stay at this hotel frequently for work but the last several times, it’s become increasingly less desirable for the business traveler. This is now a popular location for large student groups/tours which take over all the public spaces, are noisy in hallways late at night, and slow the elevators down. This trip I asked if I could be on a floor without the groups and I was told that’s not possible excuse they were spread out throughout the hotel. The general condition of the hotel is also getting a bit run down. Because the hotel is often at capacity, it seems difficult for the staff to keep up with the gathering areas like the bar and lounge spaces. I had a reservation for a business trip next month and I just canceled it since this is the third time in 6 months that this has been a problem. On the positive side, I’m glad the tourism is strong and the hotel is filling up.

Room is not matched the photo on your website. The shower water pressure is very low. The water drain is stocked.

Cockroaches in lobby area and items from previous guest in room. Elevators questionable and poor food selection.

When setting requirements for hotel on hotel.com site, I selected "breakfest included" and "free wifi". I came to hotel and they told breakfest is not included, breakfest has additional cost. Free wifi only for members.
