Not as advertised. Had a superior two double bed room and the beds were more like twin. Also said had pillow top mattress but hard and uncomfortable. When first arrived room was not very clean but when house keeping came in next morning it was better. Says there are robes and no robes. Room very outdated and not as described. Don’t think it was worth the price I paid. Either that or we weren’t given a superior room. Staff was friendly though and location was great. Wouldn’t mind staying again but not for that price.

Old. Run down. Dirty. the gym looks like it has not been vacuumed in years. Most of the pelaton bikes were broken. Out of 10 bikes, only 1 was working. There was hair in the shower when we first arrived. The room was tiny. Internet was an additional daily cost. This is 2023 - internet should be a given, not an additional cost. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was dirty and disgusting. I would definitely not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

We had two rooms and they were both as expected. One of the beds had what looked to be dried gum on the sheets. We called the front desk to have clean sheets brought up, however they took so long that we fell asleep and did not use the dirty sheet. A little disappointing since they should have made that a priority. The room was clean otherwise.

Stayed there with my family 3 nights no complaints check in was easy they even had my room ready almost 2 hours early

Staff was very friendly. We were able to get early check-in. So very helpful when you have little ones. Starbucks in the lobby.

Great place to stay

The $150 customer benefits program is the weakest point in overall ranking. This program is mandatory. Customers have to use it or forfeit it.
