The day time temps were above 90 degrees and this property has no Air Conditioning. They had a small fan in each room that was not effective.
Our room was facing the street to the hotel. There was a lot of loud talking and dog barking happening late into the night...close to 4 a.m. A little after 6 a.m., delivery vehicles were coming in and there was a lot of noise from that. The street into the hotel is very narrow, hence vehicles coming to the front have to reverse out back to the main road. Most vehicles have a loud beeping sounds when reversing. Just 2 hours of sweaty sleep made the experience bad. Lastly, the shower head was broken and one had to hold it constantly. The location is great, but I would have picked a different property.

Good location but NO A/C. They should write that in BIG. Bold words at the top of the listing. Old apartments.

Great location and with Metro close by, Gare Du Norde in short walking distance. Very convenient and conformable place in a Central location

Lovely friendly accommodating staff. Changed rooms after first night to a higher floor with city view! Thanks Colar. Good bed, kitchenette, shower.

nice location. very friendly staff.

Perfect location for exploring. Rooms are spacious and it has got everything you need for a pleasant stay. Supermarkets and Bakeries are in close proximity.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean.

Very good & authentic location, close to 3 lines of metro. Nice, clean & practical rooms, comfy enough. Very well equipped & helpful staffing. Not the best view though.

I recently stayed at this place in Paris and overall had a good experience. The location is fantastic — very walkable, close to the Pigalle metro station, and within walking distance to Sacré-Cœur and many local cafes and restaurants. The area felt vibrant and convenient.

The kitchen was a big plus — well-equipped and perfect for anyone who wants to prepare meals or snacks during their stay.

However, the room was extremely hot at night. There was no air conditioning, and unfortunately, the standing fans provided didn’t offer much relief. They made a rattling noise and didn’t circulate the air well. We had to sleep with the window open, which helped a little but wasnt ideal.

Also worth noting: there was a homeless person camping near the entrance. While this didn’t directly impact our stay, some travelers might want to be aware of it.

If you don’t mind a warm room at night and youre looking for a centrally located spot with a great kitchen setup, this place is worth considering.

It stinks so much in front of the hotel that you don‘t want to get in. I had the worst experience staying there
