Very convenient location, beds are old. Everything else is excellent

Perfect for a flight the next morning

Great stop at Chopin airport. I had a layover for 9 hours and took a much needed rest in a lovely room only steps from departures. It was a wonderful decision to book a room!

Hotel is right accross from airport and service, facilities are alway great.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located next to Warsaw airport. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was amazing. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I appreciated the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Very helpful staff. Everyone was polite and happy. Be I will stay here again. You walk from the airport in 1 minute

The proximity to the airport is PERFECT. I was concerned that it would be noisy from the planes, but we didn’t hear a thing. The meal & service at the restaurant was outstanding.

.

It was disappointing to be placed in a room with no mini bar/drinking water or even snacks. I ordered a deluxe room and was placed on the second floor. When I asked about having some cold water bottles, I was told that since I was on the second floor that was not possible. They werent sure why I was placed on the second floor.

If an individual pays for a deluxe room, they should be able to get some cold beverages/snacks in the room. Ive used this hotel many times and the service has always been top notch. Thanks.

Exactly what you want and expect in an airport hotel: great gym, great bar, friendly staff
