We recently stayed with our 3 grandchildren on a trip to see the Falls. Hotel was in good shape. The junior suite was great for us with 3 kids. Had mini fridge, microwave and a table. The water park was perfect for the boys (ages 5 and 8) there were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful My only complaint was that the room keys were very sensitive to being near a phone. We had to get our room key renewed several times.

Family friendly with lots of amenities! Super clean and super quiet!
Staff were absolutely lovely!

Super clean hotel! My kids loved the arcade and water park!!!

The staff was great especially the cleaning team. They greeted people passing by and had smiles all around. Property had lots of families even though surrounding areas did not seem kid friendly (strip clubs nearby). The parking lot had signs to not leave any valuables. Restaurants inside had limited menu for veg and halal options. Waterpark is the best feature of all. Arcade had some malfunctioning machines but again the staff at the shop more than made up for it. Good hotel to visit for waterpark features

The staff are very friendly and the room is clean.

Good

Room was clean and well stocked. Beds could have been more comfortable, but we were all so exhausted from the water park it didn’t mattered. Stayed with two young kids and they had an absolute blast. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, the water park lifeguards and staff were excellent, the restaurant staff were so kind and welcoming. Overall great stay.
