There are no signs at all posted on where to park if you come in on Flamingo Road. Wanted to ask for help at front desk during check in but only kiosks offered

No coffee in the room, not front desk help, no room service, bad shape, no one cares

We really enjoyed staying at the Horseshoe. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was centrally located to everything.

We reserved a fountain view room through hotels.com. When we got to the hotel, they assigned us a non-fountain view room and told us room reservations arent guaranteed. Hotels.com couldnt get them to switch our room and we were told our option was to check out and see if the hotel would give us a refund. Frustrating!

The receptionist Gloria was very friendly and helpful at check- in.
I honestly believe the kiosk machine are a waste. Everyone has issues with it. Gloria was great at multitasking helping customers.

Great location on the strip. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

I asked to have a room on the first floor, the clerk refused. He said the room were already assigned. At 69 years old, not fun to lift suitcases up. Plus I have bad arthritis.
Also, no parking spot left, had to park on the side

Had a great trip. This was priced lower than surrounding casinos for our stay so I booked it. I was not let down. The only con in my opinion is the limited parking for my pickup. The parking garage for this was limited to 66" in height.

The property is outdated, not well cared for and dirty. The windows in my room I don’t think was every cleaned. The staff was nice but it does not offset the condition of the property.

Excellent service, very clean and especially very comfortable. Strongly recommend. I can say it tops alot of high end and expensive hotels for a better price!!!
