Excellent play to stay whilst sightseeing in the Westminster area as all accessible via foot. I didn’t have to book the carpark which is underneath the hotel and this was brilliant. Wonderful place would stay again

Certainly not what it used to be when it was ran by Hilton! Wouldn’t stay again.

Mediocre stay. No options for vegetarian sausages etc

The hotel is in a great location. I was disappointed with the room as I paid for a deluxe corner room. The view was of an abandoned building with a small sliver of the Thames River. Based on the price paid for the 3 days, it was pretty frustrating.
Location and breakfast was good, The staff at checkin were not particularly enthusiastic or welcoming, but Romero and Valerio were extremely nice and tried to be accommodating.

Given the price for a room in this hotel, I was disappointed by the standard of maintenance. Room 443, the TV screen kept breaking up,the remote control didnt work properly, the shower leaked under the door and the flexible shower arm was coming apart revealing the plastic pipe inside. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another point to note for those with mobility issues, its at least half a mile to the nearest tube station.

Clean room, helpfull and friendly staff, good wifi and breafast.
Hidden pearl I would say!

The hotel was very nice. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a restaurant, and there aren’t any good places nearby to have dinner.

Great location. Very small room.

Absolutely nothing to complain about

Nice hotel. Excellent location.
