In the sweltering European summer, you wouldnt choose a restaurant that doesnt even offer electric fans. 在炎熱的歐洲夏天, 不建議你選擇一個連電風扇都無法提供的飯店

This was our second stop on a six city tour of Europe. It was fine and it’s all you can get then you should take it but it was our worst stay. Overall I would look for somewhere else. The property was clean and the rooms were fine but it was awful without AC in the summer. Also the staff was pretty consistently rude. Checkin was slow and it was clear the people there did not like their jobs. Also missing stuff like a broom when there’s no housekeeping and wood floors. Also enjoy sorting your garbage everyday. Anything that was wrong we didn’t want to ask the staff because you always got a sarcastic answer. For the record - most of the people we met in France were perfectly friendly so this wasn’t just a culture thing.

Room was spotless, first time staying here as we usually go elsewhere. Really liked the swimming pool. Will definitely use again!

The hotel was good, near shopping center

Convenient.

Nice welcome from reception. Ground floor areas are very well maintained and welcoming.
Common area halls were very poor. Need painting and modernization. Apartment was in good condition but 7 bed took a bit to out together.

No hot water for tow days

Baby bed not isntalled even though requested at reservatio, online check in and in person checkin. In the ens they handed me a set that i had to install.myself., bo baby blqnket or adequate sheet.
No climate control, way too hot. Windows dangerous for children, can only open fully.
Floors not clean.
Pool area not clean and water cold.

The reception guys very difficult to deal with
No smile no really help, everything was fine except the reception was very wird
The people who working in the restaurant very kind and gentle and good English, if they put them in the reception it will make the difference
