The rooms are very old nothing compared to the pictures online. Staff was very helpful.

Everything great. Thank you for all...

The property is being renovated but only the lobby and some rooms have been. Although we booked two months ahead, when we arrived we were told they had no rooms available on the renovated floors. The non-renovated floors and rooms are in terrible conditions. In our first room the AC was broken and the wall paper was coming off the walls, so we were noved to another room. The ice machines in at least 5 floors were out of order. The advertised “included breakfast” is only one drink and one pastry. Hotel personnel spend most of their day apologizing. Felt sorry for them.

make sure you book a renovated room ,if not you will end up with a room no air con no fridge orobs no view .

The room is not what It looks like in the pictures this is not a newly renovated hotel 1 of the elevators didn’t work the room looked alike a room from super 8 you’re paying for the location that’s It

Good hotel nice area busy street couple block away from time square

Upgraded to a renovated room. Nice and new. Staff was helpful. Not sure if I would do the breakfast again..$17 for a pastry, coffee and a banana.

The worst ever! This hotel is so run down, nothing like the pictures on the site….
