Stayed here for a night. Thankful it was only one night. Rooms are not sound proof. Our room overlooked the indoor atrium. The entire night we heard people yelling and partying not to mention anytime a neighboring guest closed the door it echoed in our room. We were up most of the night. Even said something at check out but all they did was apologize! I’m not a light sleeper. Hotel was also renovating certain sections. Exterior is aesthetically pleasing, hotel is in a convenient location. Expensive and loud stay!

There was no conditioner in the dispenser in the shower, and the showerhead was horrible with my arthritis I could hardly pull the knob to start the shower. And no microwaves not the best experience.

Everything about the stay and service was great. I just expected more from the actual room.

Nice property in a convenient area to where I needed to be

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. A few items that turn a 5 star rating into a 3 include: room fridge was warm and coils covered in ice so it was unusable. The bedroom safe battery was dead and it needed to be serviced to work. Otherwise, we liked the hotel, the bar area and the room overall.

The bar closed way too early Friday and Saturday and there was plenty of people there. Very rude turning lights off and on. Should be open more hours and be nicer
