We visit famil that lives nearby in the city and this hotel is perfect for us. In a quiet neighborhood, with great pricing and a restaurant attached that is available for an early breakfast or later dinner if needed. The staff are always polite and helpful! Our tv didnt work and we were given a room upgrade immediately. We love this place!

The room was much older in person than in the pictures. Theres also a reason they dont include pics of the bathroom online- they are outdated and tiny. Our room didnt have working ac/heat which was very uncomfortable, and the staff did not respond to our request to fix the ac/heat situation.

Staff was great. Marie was awesome and got us checked in before the 3pm check in so it was perfect, we got to go into town without having to roll around our luggage. Room was spacious wish we had views of the city but not a major issue.

Everything was perfect. The Living Room on the first floor lobby was a great place to visit with friends.

Friendly staff and a nice room. It’s nothing fancy, but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice. You really can’t beat the location, the price and the great service at this price

Excellent location for public transpo and walking distance to Embarcadero and North Beach. All needs are met with good espresso coffee machines in lobby and rooms, a comfortable bed and linens, a spacious room and bath for SF, good toiletries and lighting, a big window, space for luggage. Bonus is the roofdeck access for low-key hanging out with views. Downside perhaps is the vanilla corporate vibe

Absolutely perfect for a fun weekend away. Liz and Brian at the front desk were happy to answer questions and help with luggage storage since our flights were at funky times. Only downside was the TV seemed to be internet based and was laggy or turn off after 5 mins. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was the worst. I had to find a room for the night so i got two rooms me and a friend. The whole night a flag was hitting my window. Instead of fixing the problem they said sorry there nothing we can do. No maintenance on staff. When did weather app say it was gonna be windy and why wasnt it removed before the wind came?.

Great location, safe, quiet, parking is very close, nice rooms, good value.
