Good location!
Beach club very expensive!

It was a perfect stay! Nice place, nice food very clean and the staff is perfect! We see you next year! Thanks for the assistance ce at the front desk Eloy!

Beach Access and close to supermarket and restaurants.

Quick check in. Booked supreme room for sea view but was other rooms that had full sea view. Room. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Still or spring water in the fridge would’ve been nice considering the price. Breakfast was plentiful. Check out at 11am is way till early. Asked if could stay till 12 the latest but was refused. Only stayed 1 night to be closer to airport and later flight

Excessive noise. The doors dont block the noise from the hallway.
The room partitions dont block the noise from adjacent rooms. Only the balcony door has decent soundproofing. Manu times I wake up during the night.

The staff excellent, very nice . About room, may be a little more comfortable, need more amenities, and the cleaning may be every day . Instead , it was in very good conditions.
The beach view, was good, a little , but nice.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, we were here in early April so not a very busy time. The breakfast was verging on chaotic some mornings, there is a reasonable amount of choice for most sections. Rooms are clean, comfortable and all you need for a few nights stay. The poool area is well kept and sun loungers were clean and in good repair. Paid for cocktails were really good and inline with cost at other places outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Would recommended this hotel.

The people who work here are very rude- I asked for help getting an uber and they sent me to the wrong place almost making me miss my boat to Debía. When we arrived they were also rude telling us to move our car when we wanted to check in- instead of telling us where we could park they just kept signaling and telling for us to move without telling us where we could park- well apparently there is only enough parking for about a dozen cars.

Whatever you do dont get them to do a bag of laundry for you. Youll go broke.
One bag of laundry was 97 euros. Found that out like a smack in the face when I went to collect it. No where on earth is hotel laundry that expensive and thats robbery.

Bad AC everywhere. the temperature in the rooms is not comfortable. the pillows are big and hard blocks. no soft at all.
we had to call twice for them to check out tv that never connected to the internet. the help never came.
