Dirty old hotel that just smells and is major need of a renovation. Asked for none smoking room got non smoking room that smelt like someone chain smoked 18 packs.

Not a bad location, lots of little local eateries around, but if you want alcohol with your food stick to the hotels. Bed was comfy and the room was a nice size. Nice pool and spa, has a rooftop terrace restaurant and bar though I found it a little pric

During my short stay at the hotel, I booked a spa moment and had the pleasure of a massage from Ms. Meli, and it was an excellent experience. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The massage was relaxing, expertly performed, and tailored to my needs. I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated afterward. I highly recommend Ms. Meli to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing massage experience during their stay. Thank you, Ms. Meli!

We received a nice upgrade.
The location was great , parking convenient
The quality/freshness of the breakfast was disappointing

Great place

Staff was responsive , room where we stayed was overheated

Hotel states to be a 5-star hotel, but felt more like a 3-star. We booked a suite, which was spacious and nice. But several incidences made the experience here feel less welcomibg: When we booked it said breakfast was included, but when we arrived we had to pay extra for it. When we wanted to visit the pool we had to buy mandatory swimming caps. And when we checked out we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to see if we spoke the truth about not having taken anything from the minibar («minibar control»). Have never experienced this in any hotel, ever.

This hotel is really not up to the standards of the chain. It was fine for one night. But aircon wasn’t working, room smelled of smoke, no services in the hotel before 6:30 (it was dead) and location was at best so-so. Would never stay here for more than one night in transit.
