Large rooms with 2 queensize beds. Comfortable. Extremely noisy aircon! Quite a lot of noise from hallway/other rooms. Shower was not very good as water level was very low. Location was excellent

Nothing bad but the lobby and halls are updated, rooms were not. Light switches were different colours, power bars powering everything and zip tied in place, no outlets by beds or usb / usb-c plugs. Pillows were poor quality, rooms not very big. For the price I could have and would have spent a bit more to stay at Hotel X

Our stay was fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. The bed was comfortable and the check in process was easy.

Overnight the fridge in our room was super loud which was irritating and around 6:30am our air conditioning vents starting pumping out air that smelled really strongly of burnt toast. A bit strange as we were 3 floors above the breakfast restaurant.

Nothing to rave about here, no significant complaints. It was an average stay.

Great location. Wish there was a vending machine. Would stay again.

Upgraded to a king suite , excellent service , convenient services surrounding property

We reserved a room 1-1/2 months in advance, only to be told at check in that the hotel was overbooked. Manager tried to persuade us to accept a room at a different hotel, but then conceded that they did have a room available after all, though it was inferior to what I reserved. No discount was offered. Also, parking is not included with a room, costs $35 extra to park in a city lot.

Excellent location - close proximity to all the major downtown attractions and local transit just outside door for street cars with a short walk to the subway station.
Condition of hotel - can tell this hotel has a had a remodel but poor quality of workmanship is still a bit present in some areas making the pricing seem high.
Overall nice hotel and would recommend staying there if going to downtown Toronto.

Front desk attendant was very helpful and welcoming. View from room to the water is very nice. Great location close to the aquarium

Everything was wonderful during our stay paul and scott in the breakfast restaurant on 5th floor makes your day with morning breakfast with there smile and friendliness the place in within walking distance to scotiabank arena i recommended this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a family vacation with a wonderful breakfast restaurant paul and Scott are wonderful gentlemen to take of all your breakfast neeeds

extremely clean. I usually bring my own blanket due to sensitive skin however their bedset was just amazing i did not scratch my skin at all.
