Nice place but very far and small rooms

Truly, a terrible terrible place. You should absolutely avoid it. I can’t recall ever giving a negative review. Generally I just don’t put them. But this place was terrible.

For hotels, If we don’t like the place, we generally don’t give reviews.
However, this one was so bad that it seemed warranted. Just don’t stay here. It’s really very bad.
They’re incredibly rude. They stated that they had air-conditioning and they did not. It was very, very hot. And we require very little and have very few expectations when we travel. But this one was truly unacceptable. Really please avoid this place.

Ended up booking another hotel because it was bad. Dirty reception. Staff looked scruffy and unprofessional. Room was not ready when we got there. It was run down. There was mould around the shower. The room was dark and very small. The pillows were big horrible cushions. The area around it was run down. Waste of time and money unfortunately as we just couldnt stay there.

Awful experience. Poor customer service, lack of hospitality, and extremely rude staff. The breakfast was very average, yet they charge a high amount for it. Definitely not worth the stay.

Overall it was comfortable, but the room lacked storage space (closet, drawers). The breakfast was so-so, not great.

Room not very clean, stained towels, shower handle broken. I could hear guests from the other room as the wall are very thin.
Overall very noisy, loud guests yelling in hall way during the night. and everyday I had to pass by reception to re-activate the room key card.
Plus, on my check out the lady at the from desk (Manu, if I well recall) seemed to be in a bad day. It seemed I bothering her with my questions and I noticed the same behaviour with another guests also that also were checking out.
I do not recommend this hotel.

The place is within walking distance of the metro, which is really a plus point. The building and the room have seen better days, but I cannot complain with the price I paid. If you are a traveller and just want somewhere to sleep after a long day of sightseeing in Paris, then this is a budget-friendly hotel. There are towels and toiletries. The bedding seems clean. The pillow is just like a throw pillow and not a proper rectangular shape, but its fine. There were some policemen around when we visited, but it did not affect our visit. The reception people are also polite and does not mind speaking in English.

Pros:
Price
Parking
Reception staff
Good shower
Cons:
Blood stain on sheet
Aircon ineffective
Man came in room whilst I was in shower and daughter asleep
Only one small pillow each
