I have been staying at this Landmark hotel in Beijing for many years - each time I was on business trip in Beijing China. The staff of the hotel was very helpful, polite , the breakfast choices were excellent, the self service dinners were delicious, it is the best 4 star hotel in Beijing in terms of quality , price, service that I could find. The location of the hotel is so convenient for the public transport . I do recommend this hotel for all travellers for business purposes. Thanks for the excellent service .

Nice accommodation

Parts of the hotel had been renovated but since I stayed in an older floor, the room looked tired and in certain need of a refresh. Staff was helpful and amenities provided were OK.

Not so far from airport
Cleanliness just barely ok
Breakfast super crowded
Food not so good
All these for not so affordable price.
They could do better

The room was exactly what we needed. Our flight landed late at night and the staff was still ready to give us out key and meet our needs when we arrived. One subway stop away from sanlitun and close proximity to other great spots. Reliable Wi-Fi and service. The staff offered to order use taxi to the airport. Will gladly stay again when were back in Beijing.

Very comfortable bed and room

Its a little older but in good condition. Room a little tight, no hairdryer in bathroom, no coffee machine in the room. they do leave 2 small water bottles every day. Wifi was very spotty. The next tower over which is part of the Landmark complex has an ATM machine, a Starbucks and a 24 hour convenience store.

The room was large, clean and comfortable, but the bathroom needed updating. I found the staff to be pleasant and efficient.

Check-in/out process is fast. Room is tidy and view is good. Hotel is located at city centre near subway station.

The door man very unfriendly
