Amazing stay. Five star hotel.

Great stay, wish the escalators were working, but we get it. Pricey, also, get it. Staff was fantastic, especially our room angels that cared for our space daily- so appreciated!

From start to finish it was a wonderful stay. Checkin and checkout were a breeze, breakfast was delicious. The service everywhere was warm and friendly. Our room was warm and comfortable. We couldnt have asked for a better accommodation.

Convenient to Times Square.

Central location but quite in the rooms. Very freindly staff that is ready to help any time. good food.

The hotel staff were all just above and beyond great! The location is perfect if youre in town for a Broadway show like we were. The hotel was a great price given its midtown Manhattan location but I expect a bit more comfort from the Westin brand.

The shower was divine but the beds were a bit hard. While it may seem petty, I found it really annoying and unacceptable that there was no mini fridge in the room for us to use. Thats just a basic amenity you can find at the crummiest motel by the freeway.

Again, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful and that makes up for a lot. Not the lack of a fridge, but a lot.

Excellent option for staying close to Times Square. Many food and entertainment options at walking distance.

The facility is pretty old. And the front desk people are not that welcoming
