Lovely hotel. Lovely staff, very friendly and accommodating. Food was good also. Asked for late checkout and got 3 hours at no extra cost as they had the room.
Location was great for business as could scoot in and out. Not as good for sightseeing at weekend as was a hike from main parts of Barca. But taxis outside.

Absolutely awful experience at EuroStars Grand Marina. Had my passport stolen from my room! Reported it to the staff who didnt seem to care at all. Made me feel like this wasnt the first time it happened. If youre a traveler, especially with a foreign passport, avoid this hotel at all costs. Their security seems nonexistent, and the staff is unhelpful. Look elsewhere for your safety and peace of mind.

Amazing hotel with an amazing location and view over the harbor. The only thing which didnt impress me much was the breakfast restaurant. The food was excellent but the breakfast room itself was extremely noisy and looked like a temporary set-up. And of course - if youre looking for the old Barcelona atmosphere - this is a more modern hotel.

I am a frequent guest in this 5Star Hotel and the rooms and Hotel itself is excellent. But the check in / check out/ Waiting infront of breakfast area is a disaster. The check in procedure takes always more than 18 minutes - so can you imagine there a 3 guests infront of you? It´s so unconvenient to check in there. Same is at the breakffast, where you have to register yourself and register manager leads you to the table and other guests have to wait until register manager is back. Sometimes I decide to stay in other hotel in Barcelona just for this check in procedure

I travel internationally all the time. I chose this hotel because the one in Madrid was on point.I dont know if these are paid reviews but I definitely VERIFY THIS is NOT a 5* hotel.Photos are attached.LOBBYAt the entry point, the lobby is dimly lit with dead flowers at the reception desk. Nothing was shiny. You know how most hotels try to give a "fabulous" first impression. Not this dump.THE ROOMI was tired. The only thing I was looking forward to was the great room experience I had at the sister property in Madrid.The room was poorly lit, possibly to hide the substandard house keeping and dirt. The towels were not bright white or fluffy but apparently old and over washed.The sheets were the same. I slept on top of the covers.FOODI ordered room service. The pasta was dry and it was delivered in 5 minutes. I asked if it was prepared fresh. He said "Yes.." I smirked. The cheese wasnt covered and the dish had a red pasta sauce stain on it despite my pasta having no sauce at all. The mushrooms werent cooked
