Rooms were nice and a fun rustic vibe. Complimentary breakfast was a great perk. The location was so nice for getting to Banff stores and restaurants without worrying about crowds and parking.

The comfiest bed I have slept in EVER…..

Very clean and provided ear plugs for sleeping which was nice. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed our stay here.

Clean room, friendly staff, small parking lot, great breakfast, super convenient location, close to everything. Property is a bit outdated, but maintained well.

This lodge was centrally located to within walking distance of nearly everything. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The only negative I have is the construction going on made it difficult to get to the parking garage and lobby entrance. Otherwise it was perfect!

Right in the middle of Banff , so convenient for dinner options and walking around. Parking very light for larger vehicles!

The room was very stuffy as there was no AC. Got very warm in the evenings.
No one came to clean our room during our 4 night stay and we even posted the sign on our door. Had to collect our own clean towels. Parking is very snug. Would have liked bikes offered to borrow for guests.
Very convenient to outdoor trails and downtown shops and restaurants.

Excellent location, close to everything in Banff. Excellent staff and great facilities with a really good breakfast.
Brilliant stay, would recommend

Fantastic. Its the perfect mountain ski lodge for normal people. Staff jumps to please you. Great breakfast. Great location. Reasonably priced. The history of Banff is all over the photos on every wall. Its like staying overnight at the museum but as comfortable and homey as your grandparents cabin. Loved it.
