Excellent service, clean and convenient location

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as youre walking distance from Marina Bay Sands and many MANY malls. The lobby is vast and beautiful, lots of food choices including room service. The only issue was I was there during a busy time so the elevators were in high demand. So much so, each of the four days I stayed there, one was being repaired. I heard some people waited 20 mins for an elevator.

Everyone seems working on something upon my arrival. Nicely renovated room. Door lock is not the best, need some efforts to shut properly and hence can hear banging doors in the room. Upper floors preferred. Convenient location, linked by covered bridges.

Excellent stay

Smelly room as AC was not turned on before arrival, it’s crucial for visitors in Singapore.

Hotel is very nice and clean. We had a room next to a crying baby and unfortunately it was as loud as the baby was in our room. We had a flight next day for 12h. Staff arranged a second room for us to sleep in and we didnt even have to move our bags. This was absolutely excellent.
Breakfast was lots of choice. For view from the room you need a higher floor. We were on 13 and we still had a good view but it could have been better with few more floors up.

We arrived and were greeted lovely we told the hotel that it was the last 2days of our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and gave us complimentary upgrades of afternoon tea and early evening cocktails and canapés which was amazing and a great way to o enjoy our last few days here in Singapore

nice hotel, accessible to train station, mall and restaurants.

Great hotel, rooms are comfortable and very stylish but everything in the hotel is expensive. Lots of restaurants to choose from, pool bar and cafe are great. Hotel is connected to the mall for other food choices and good if you’re here on a rainy day like we were. Easy walk to Merlion and Marina Bay hotel, gardens and the Artscience museum, fantastic location

Excellent hotel. Comfortable and clean. Easily accessible to shopping malls. Looks like the hotel has been newly renovated.
