Excellent service, well appointed room, parking on site and close to major attractions yet far enough away to be a quite stay

Room was great! Very clean and had a great view. Parking was located in a parking garage connected to the hotel. Thankfully we took our car and not our truck tho because I’m not sure it would have fit! So many great restaurants and shops right near the hotel. Would stay again!

The room was amazing, it was clean, staff was great, we asked for sheets and a blanket for our room for the pull out bed and they were amazing. the air conditioning worked well and was nice because they didn’t have a fan for us for our sleeps so it was good. overall 9/10 stay!
thank you

The staff were so friendly and helpful from front desk to breakfast staff to cleaners. Breakfast was not great. It was know going in that it will be standard powdered eggs, brown and serve meat etc., but it was cold each morning I was there. Room was great and so was the walk in shower! FYI - there was no desk and chair in my room. The on site snacks area had ice cold pop and Snapple iced tea! Also, they sold ice cream treats and small tubs of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream! I stayed during a rather hot week - so these were welcome. Also, there’s a lovely park across the road. I spent an afternoon reading a book in the shade between meetings!

The door to my room would not click shut. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk. I was concerned for my valuables inside. He told me that due to the humidity, the doors had problems, and that there was nothing he could do. Just seemed kinda rude to not offer to have someone look at the door or anything.

Room was very clean and spacious with a king size bed, large screen tv, great air conditioning and a nice shower.

The staff was great! We drove in from Buffalo, NY at 12:45 and were able to check in early. This allowed me to park my car parking lot at the hotel and go sightseeing! Thank you!! Natalie Richards

Very quiet, clean, comfortable. Easy access for parking. Staff very nice.

Very good

We were pleasantly surprised to get an early check-in after being up early for the flight into Toronto. Much appreciated!
