High quality hotel in the heart of Gran Via in Madrid. One of the best Ive stayed at in all of Europe. Highly recommend.

Stayed at this hotel with my friend. Great location for shopping and sightseeing. Rooms were clean and quiet (despite being on a busy street) and beds were comfortable. If you are taking Uber, there are designated places for pickup/drop off on Gran Via.

Excellent hotel. Booked a junior suite with a terrace overlooking Grand Via. Very large suite. Fabulous view and good windows so that when closed you could not hear the traffic. Highly recommend

Unique, historic property with top notch services. Excellent breakfast. Charming and spacious common areas. We enjoyed a comfortable, stylish interior room which was whisper quiet in spite of the central location. Property provides easy access to transit and to central and historic sites.

The service and staff were amazing. Comfy and huge bed. The bathtub of the specific room we were had a small crack that could use some fixing. Other than that, everything was great!

The hotel kitchen is only open at meal times, and this means 8PM for dinner. We arrived hungry in mid afternoon and there is no room service or snacks available when the kitchen is closed. It was pouring rain and windy, making finding a restaurant difficult so this is not ideal for travelers.

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located in Madrid, within walking distance to many attractions. Metro access is very close as well. We enjoyed the dining nearby as well as more distant locations. You cant beat Madrid for attractions, museums and culture.

The terrace suite was the best! We appreciated that the staff were quick and attentive when we had issues with our jacuzzi. The bar staff provided us with ice on two occasions and opened our wine since we didnt pack an opener. The room faced the back of the building so it was quiet in the morning. We watched the National Day fireworks from our terrace. Lovely hotel, would recommend.

Nice hotel with lovely bar/lounge area. Room was good but with a double bed (Canadian double) it was still a little tight for 2 people. We had a drink in the lounge but were not able to charge it to our room. This was first in our 1 month of travel. Breakfast was very good with a good selection but it was also expensive. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel our last day for convenience before we caught our train to San Sebastian . Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and within walking distance to Royal Palace, Prado Museum etc. Even though it was on a busy street the rooms were quite sound proof. We would recommend this hotel.
