Great view, great color scheme for the room!

My daughter and I were in New York for a student reception at the Parsons school. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, and well appointed. Our room was comfortable, and the location was less than a mile from the school. There are plenty of little places to eat, and shop. The breakfast was good. Eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, coffee, etc. There is a nice area to sit down and eat. We went to breakfast relatively early so we had no problem finding a place to sit. The elevators have signs that recommend the best times to go to breakfast and indicate when there are bigger crowds. I really like this hotel, and well stay here anytime I am in town.

The room was small but very comfortable! Only complaint is there’s no place to sit in the lobby.

The hotel was clean, well taken care of, same as the rooms. Breakfast was abundant, varied and good quality. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was floor 22, great sights to the Empire State really small with no space to walk to the door once we opened the sofabed, although we knew it was going to be small. But there were some issues. Shower water was never warm in the morning. I get it there are many rooms and its peak time, but if you know youve got so many rooms, your boiler should be more powerful. Same thing happened with the elevators, there were four, but we spent 20 minutes a couple of days waiting to get down. They do have a sign stating the mornings are peak times, but 20 minutes is too much.

It was good but the AC was not up to par

The stay was excellent. The hotel is very well located, the service is great and the breakfast is fantastic. The room is a little tight, but the value for money was excellent. The only caveat is that there are a lot of guests for just a few elevators, which can be a bit annoying if you need to take it during rush hour. However, just plan to use it before or after and it will hardly be a problem. I would definitely stay again if I return to New York.

We had a great time staying at the restaurant. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious and had a wide variety and something to suit everyone in our group. I would Defintely stay here for a weekend trip

Location is great
Staff in front desk were very gentle
Breakfast: it was good .
Cleanliess was not so good .
Elevator at the peak hours very slow, losing a lot of time .
At the check out the charged us bottles of waters that we never drunk. Like using every day bottled water and just saying that in the system it appeared. It is not the money , it is just they have a problem with housekeeping team and gave us a bitter taste.
Internet was very good .

The only good thing about the room was the view and the location of the hotel. The room was tiny, we got twin beds even though we booked a king size bed, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Also, the hotel was generally very crowded and it took ages to get to and from the room with the few number of elevators they had.
