What a wonderful experience! The staff was amazing. From the moment we got to the hotel, check in, service at the restaurant, housekeeping, checkout.
Close to metro, street cars, restaurants. Also university of Toronto, museum.
When we return to Toronto, we will stay here again.

There is not a gym at this hotel but they have passes to one that is two blocks away. The hotel states room service is available until 11pm but upon trying to place an order, I was told that the restaurant stops making food “around 9:30 or 10.”

Second time staying here. Room was very nice. Only a kettle in the room,with tea or instant coffee. I wish there was a machine.

The restaurant was not great. We read reviews online and decided to try it and were unpleasantly surprised. I tried a feature cocktail and wasnt impressed.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The walls are paper thin…
I was up all night with people screaming all around me.
When informed, the front desk said I should have called them earlier.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
The bathroom was divided-which was inconvenient.
