Well, if the staff would have communicated in a timely manner, my refund would have been approved.

Wifi was out during our stay, was a little shady as we had to take a service elevator to the office which was on a total random floor with no details on how to get there. Was also in a room hidden in the back of another room. Felt more like a hostel upon entering the office.

Carpet looks old and dirty, elevator is too slowly.

Everything was great, especially the location. However, the AC did not work. Thank goodness they provided a fan! Other than the AC situation, all was great! If you want to stay here, keep in mind that the building is run by two hotels (Migliore and Mohenic). We stayed at both as we extended our stay. We prefer the Migliore and will definitely stay there for our future trips.

Front desk was very helpful, service guy was good when the toilet flash is not working, he attended to us immediately. Room is clean. The only confusing part is the reception that is on the 17th floor.

Hotel is kind of sharing with other hotel named Migliore hotel with separate check in room. Its a small room check in area. We asked for extra pillow but not available. Air Cond was too warm and cannot adjust the temperature, opened the window to get cooler air but the road was noisy. Amenities were limited. The only good thing was the location. In general, quite disappointing.

It was weird. There is a single large building with another hotels name on it ( Migliore ). Inside the hotel by the elevator it says for mohenic hotel lobby take the service elevator to the 17th floor. Some of the rooms have a mohenic logo on them while most have a Migliore logo. Once checked in you can use any elevator with the key. Just checking was weird.

Had issues with the wifi. But maintenance came out and resolved it. The check-in experience was 2 star but the room was 3 stars and all good

Location was great.
Views were great.
However it felt like there was no or minimal air condition in the room itself, luckily there a fan provided.
No safe box.
Insufficient toiletries.

Amazing location since you simply go downstairs and your in the heart of Myeondong. Our only little issues with the place is that it has central AC and if you are used to cooler temperatures it can get warm especially in summer. The refrigerator also does not get that cold as well. But the views are amazing and the staff was beyond great!
