Room and service from the staff good. Breakfast was also good I just wish the coffee machine was a bit quicker.

Staff were excellent & allowed us to check in early. They were great after returning from Concert & served drinks/food.
The room was basic but we were only there for one night.
However, pillows were too soft & bed uncomfortable. All we heard was room doors banging all night, didn’t help folk were out watching World Cup till late.
Not too far a walk from both train stations, however up hill!!

Ideal location , helpful staff , clean and comfortable room , no complaints

small but clean and quiet

I cannot thank all the Ibis staff enough for being so kind and so patient! I needed lots of extra milk, my pup pooped in reception and I left my kindle in the room!! They were very forgiving and helped me clean the poop, gave me lots of extra milk and helped me arrange a Royal Mail collection for my kindle! All with good humour and a smile! It was a lovely stay and I appreciate the excellent service I received! Thank you x

Very friendly staff and easy check in 👍

Didnt have breakfast

Wasnt aware of breakfast

Requested an accessible room due to the fact I am recovering from an ankle injury and am on crutches. I was told this was no problem, but arrived to find a non-accessible room which included a bathroom with a large step which was clearly unsuitable for someone using crutches. The reception staff barely looked up when I came in despite clearly struggling to walk. The room didn’t have menus for the restaurant and the TVs only offered limited digital channels with no apps built in. Again, when sitting down to eat barely any attention was paid by the staff. At the price point of £140 for one night you would expect a premium experience but this was scarcely better than a hotel half its price.

First IBIS id stayed in, can’t complain. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, room was clean, comfortable and warm
