No hot water in bath
only cold water available. so i can’t shower.
i call to front to fix it.
but the problem is not resolved and they said tommorow morning they can fix it

A well positioned good quality hotel. Deluxe room was large, clean , warm and very comfortable. As with majority of Hilton Hotels, breakfast was self service and a bit crowded due most probably to Easter weekend crowds. Would definitely recommend hotel, being on the doorstep of the major railway station.

Lovely hotel, very clean with the comfiest bed ever! Bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh but was really clean. Perfect if travelling to and from Paddington.

I phoned before hand for early check in which they confirmed. Turned up 2 hours early & the room was not ready. I needed to change to go out - had to pay for an upgrade.

Sadly the upgrade was an awful room - very tired, frayed carpets, old tired bathroom. Not value for money.

Incredibly convenient location with access inside the hotel to Paddington station. Surprisingly spacious rooms for London at a surprisingly reasonable rate. Excellent breakfast included in the room fee (who knew?). Definitely coming back

We stayed at the Hilton Paddington as we were off to Cheltenham on the Northern Belle train. We dropped off our bag early in the morning as we wasn’t arriving back until 11.30pm that evening. The staff were so helpful and friendly - especially Mary who was working the night shift when we arrived back from Cheltenham. Our room was in the Tower which was absolutely amazing, extremely clean & spacious with great facilities. I thoroughly recommend this hotel especially if you’re using Paddington Station.

Not much to say other than had a good couple of days on London with my gf and Hilton London Paddington just made the stay perfect. Close to major commuter hubs. Lots of places to go for dinners, evening outs and so on.
