The only issue is their Lift (Elevator) they have 3 Lifts but 2 are not working at the time I stayed 6/26-6/23. My room is in the 17th floor, I had to wait 5-8 minutes to used the Lift. But other than that, It’s a walking distance to the Hysan Place, Sogo, Time Square, the famous Bakehouse. Transportations are close by, mtr, bus stations, trams. Over all. I would stay here again!

Stayed for 4 nights in May 2026 - first the Good - Concierge staff were great and very nice and helpful. The bad - the beds are like slabs of marble so if you have a bad back maybe not for you. Rooms a very small and when we asked to change we were told that all the rooms were the same which is not true. Now the ugly - pretty sure we were bitten by BED BUGS, but cant be certain, but most likely.

The hotel is well located near Causeway Bay Station. One can tell, it’s not brandnew, however it’s clean. The AC is pretty loud. That again did help with noises from other rooms caused by connecting doors that hardly filter any noises. I did book the hotel because it provides a gym. While there actually is a gym, it’s super tiny, not well conditioned and the treadmill is actually dangerous as it suddenly stops when you increase the speed to rapidly. The room cleaning service was excellent, as the very friendly cleaning lady always managed to clean the room when I changed the sign from Do not disturb to Please make my room.

Hotel staff were helpful, and the room rate was modest for the location. The room is small but okay since it is in Hong Kong. My only complaint is the thin walls, through which the voices from the next room or the cleaners in the hallway were so loud.

Average accomodation, nothing wrong but not great either. Breakfast was simple, and just okay. Floor was dirty, so wearing the provided slippers is essential. Tiny rooms, as to be expected with Hong Kong central districts. Good location for Causeway Bay. Slightly difficult to find, ignore maps and go down the alley titled Shelter Street.

One of the lift is being serviced, so during rush hour there is often a long wait. But the hotel try and let us used the service lift. I will definitely stay again. The only thing is, there is no microwave in the room, so can be inconvenient and forced you to eat out

Good location in Causeway Bay, for the price one cannot expect too much. So i would its ok. However the barhroom was not up to standard and with constant sewage odor.

Close to Victoria park is nice, but the hotel is aging out. Shopping is close by and location is convenient to get to convention centre.
