The location was great - lots of bars/restaurants in walking distance as well as a McDonalds. Also, a very short walk to a Hop On/Off bus stop. The staff were very friendly and the concierge desk was extremely helpful with recommendations. It was super easy to get a taxi to Canada Place. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had hot water and a strong flow. The only negative is the rooms are outdated e.g., mirror walls in the sitting room, old appliances in the kitchen, etc. but the room was clean. Overall, this hotel is a great choice and cheaper than many others in the area.

The hotel is in a great central location of Vancouver. It is in close proximity of a 7/11 should you require any necessities and has a bar attached to it, however there I found now issues with the noise. Would high recommend staying here to anyone visiting Vancouver!

We stay here because it is well positioned for what we want to do in Vancouver. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is clean. It can be noisy with the Fire Station just down the road nd the aircon is old and noisy.

Overall great stay. Only weird thing is that there is no real exercise area, just a few treadmills. The pool/sauna area is set up like an aquarium to entertain everyone in the lobby

We love staying here because it is a bit more space then just a hotel room but not the full price (and way more flexible than) of an Airbnb. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. And the location can not be beat

I know we were there early for check in. We had to wait close to four hours to get into our room and the personnel were very friendly, but said we had a different type of room and that’s why we couldn’t get in yet. There were four of us in total, but people were the six party and other people were the fourth party walked in and went right up to their rooms. I couldn’t understand why we had to wait so long the service people were friendly when they explained it to us, but it didn’t make it much easier.

Absolutely out of this world. The staff was professional and well roundd making my stay comfortable. Thank you!

Very nice no complaints

Hotel is in a great location. Staff at the hotel and adjoining restaurant were great! Room was spacious and clean. But…this hotel badly needs an update…feels like it is stuck in the early 80s. Needs more conveniently placed electrical outlets and had no USB ports in our room. Lose the full kitchenettes…it gives everything a cheaper feel like you’re in some weekly rate hotel.

Excellent location . Spacious . Great amenities. Good customer services . Come back every year stay in this hotel . Highly recommended
