Great location, friendly attentive service, nice breakfast buffet with made-to-order options. Any negatives were associated with the age of the building.

This hotel was fabulous. The rooms, bar with piano player, morning breakfast, location to top sights, the staff. Everything was just right and I don’t say this about many places.

Not the cleanest, several bits and pieces left behind from the previous guests under the table and on the floor. Also had some pretty bad stains on the carpet.

The spa floor is wonderful tile but extremely slippery when wet, not practical.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel and it didnt disappoint. We had a lovely big room and when I spoke to a lovely man on the desk about moving rooms as the tube noise was loud he was so accommodating. He found us a new room, told us to leave our bags in the old room and they would move them over. He checked we were happy with everything. I think his name was Ashkarv.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Close to Buckingham Palace and the Tube. Great area.

Wonderful stay and excellent service thru out our stay. Breakfast was excellent althought might get a little crowded at times.

Our room was in ok condition. TV- didn’t work properly and wifi was weak for hotel with this status.

Will be back anyway!

St James Court is terrific. From the service to the room, it is exceptional. Do not miss the breakfast, the quality and variety are a delight. We were so comfortable and well taken care of we will be back!

Perfect stay. Friendliness of the staff and the room made our stay brilliant.

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linen and toiletries.
On this occasion the breakfast was chaotic and it took over 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee from ordering. The buffet was certainly not to the standard it was on previous visits.
The outdoor courtyard is very pretty and if we had the time it would have been nice to use the space and more of the facilities.
The staff seemed very preoccupied with the overseas visitors and therefore needing something like a quick question answered meant 45 minute wait. This is a shame as previously this hotel always provided service to a high level

The front desk upgraded our room during check in. The room was clean and well equipped. Their facilities including restaurant were really good. Valet took care of the parking and luggage. We will return for sure!
