Rooms were not very clean and needed updating. Musty smell in the room and the hallways.

Easy access to airport for one night stay to catch morning flight

Parking is now $7 per night.
The foyer and restaurant and potentially some of the rooms have been done up. But many are still in bad condition, chipped paint, no mini bar provision, dated bathrooms. The foyer is grand but if you scratch the surface you see the cracks on the old rooms.

Great entrance experience - looks glitzy. However once in the corridors & rooms you realise that its a really old place that has had a touch of paint. Beds were ok but had a family next door who insisted on slamming doors.
Disappointing stay

Nice big room, new, clean, free parking, friendly staff. All was good.

The location is close enough to the airport to stay, without a direct shuttle to and from the airport but it is a shared "yellow bus" you will use with additional hotels. If you are planning to use this option please be sure you grant yourself enough time.

Its a pretty industrial area so it would behoove you to have a rental car or expect to use public transportaiton options if youd like to travel away from the hotel.

Very convenient for overnight stay after arriving past midnight into AKL. Check in was easy and swift. Hotel was a little tired looking but facilities are adequate

Easy check in, lovely room with comfortable beds. Amazing value for money. Was worried about being near the airport but heard no planes all night!! A great stay. Only downside is the elevator was the opposite side of the hotel to our room which was annoying with having lots of heavy luggage
