Room is ok kinda small for us with 2 small children even though we book a room that fit 2 adult and 2 children but our 2 luggage hard to find place to open as it has a sofa bed , a coffee table and big table right Infront of the TV. Is maybe good if people need a table to work on or a coffee table to

All good except the window curtain too thin and daytime too bright to sleep

Signature room is dated , especially furniture

Old hotel that is in great need of renovation. Good location, nice lady at breakfast but all other staff not interested

This is the best breakfast we have ever had, such a large selection to choose from. Staff very helpful and a great location.

Everything fine except Breakfast . The Kitchen is not Halal certified. So Aa Halal eater I had choose minimum vegetarian option . They could keep some more eating options for Muslim guest

I want to compliment the breakfast, front desk and cleaning crew. All very nice and friendly. Tina, Mariah and Mina at the breakfast are so kind and everything was grea! Will definitely go back there all the staff are awesome !

Family stay, amazing service and facilities

We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated at the Orchard Hotel Singapore. Two separate Premier King room bookings were made: a one-night stay followed by a 3-night stay (4 consecutive nights). Upon arrival we were told there was no room for us and the hotel would send us to their sister hotel far from our preferred area (the M hotel). The front desk clerk made it sound like there was a problem with the rooms and they were unavailable for occupancy. We had to fight to get a room at the hotel. After a very long time (about 40 minutes at 3 am after a very long fight), it turned out that they gave our room away and just did not want to upgrade us to another room. This was totally unacceptable under any circumstance! In addition, the premier room we booked for the 3-night stay included breakfast, but we were told we would be charged for it. We feel we should be compensated at the very least for the breakfasts we did not receive.

There was no dinner option at the hotel at 9.30pm. with kids, we needed a place nearby
