Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a nice touch to find the concierge had already placed my bag in my room. Great to top off my busy day with a very relaxed great meal in the restaurant.

We were visiting family and this was a lovely stay

On the whole had a great couple of days. Ran out of pool towels on two occasions. Plus layers of dust in lobby on table legs! But hey if thats all i have to complain about, then I would say definitely go back.

I think the hotel needs to improve check in/check out arrangements. It took us half an hour wait in the queue to check in, and then we were told our room was not yet ready and they would give us a call. Nobody called whilst we waited by the pool and we had to go back to the reception to get our suite keys. A must improve area

Beautiful property but unfortunately starting to get run down. Would in shower, chips in floors, shower door wouldn’t close flooding bathroom, bath pug didn’t work so couldn’t use spa bath, staff vacuuming outside 0800
Hrs… endless others , for price, expected more. Food though amazing

The staff were rude and didn’t honour the Expedia gold reward programme and their was screaming kids in the pool everyday from 530am so no sleep in … the lifts were constantly out of service and my husband sat in someone’s urine who had peed on the seat at breakfast and the staff had not cleaned it up !!! The hotel has gone to absolute disgrace

Lovely stay and staff were very friendly. Could use a bit of a refurbishment. Hasn’t changed since it opened 20 years ago
