lovely hotel, right in the city centre. Easy walk to restaurants and bars

Great hotel, right in the middle of Christchurch next to Cathedral square. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Perfect place to stay for the rugby. Nice bar on level 5

It excelled in every area, friendliness, customer service, accommodating and efficient. really couldn’t fault our experience and great value for money. We will return.

Great location, right in city centre, nice big spacious room & decent size bathroom.
Good restaurant on fifth floor for breakfast

Very convenient to central ChCh.

Next to 5 Lanes for quick bites.

Generally quite at night so no disturbances other than the usual city sounds.

We had a great stay for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable, room was large and clean and location was perfect for walking to restaurants and attractions.

Located in the heart of shopping and dining options. Super walkable to everything. The room was large and had everything we needed. For the price and location, it was a good deal.

Personally, wed probably not stay here again as the parking instructions werent very clear. The email the hotel sends out is very confusing and is outdated. The front desk has instructions that are clearer that tell you where to park for a reduced cost by parking on X floor and bringing them your ticket (this info is not in the email sent out).

Additionally, the benefit of not having any windows in your room also means that you cant hear any road noise, so that was a benefit. However, weve decided that its probably not for us.

Clean, spacious, smiling staff

The hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the market and restaurants. Rooms are updated and clean. The staff was very accommodating.

Great location, central to everything! But note that our executive studio room was really a an average room with a king bed that would be considered a queen/ full sized in many countries including New Zealand (since we arrived here after staying at 5 other hotels in 5 cities where a king was truly king sized bed). The other consideration is that at entrance there are some homeless people greeting you each time you go in and out if the hotel; certainly something the hotel has no control over but thought to share. Overall though we did enjoy our stay because we could simply walk out and viola everything we wanted to see was within minutes!!
