Always best. Will definetely revisit next year, for conference nearby.

A+++++

Nice but restaurant are not handled by hotel, so a bit inflexible

The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast as good too.

Everything is worthwhile of a 5 stars hotel. Room is huge, clean, and very much new during my stay on Dec 2025. Lalaport shopping mall with lots of food choices is just walking distance from the hotel

Super new hotel with a really nice pool and the staff was amazing. Conveniently located across from a mall with food, shopping, and a movie theater as well. Will stay here again.

My overall stay was quite enjoyable. However, there were a few noticeable issues in the room: the shower drainage seemed to be somewhat inefficient, and the green light on the bedrooms smoke detector kept flashing in the dark, which was slightly disruptive to sleep. Additionally, the maintenance inspection panel on the bedroom ceiling appeared rather unclean, possibly due to residue left behind after repairs. Aside from these minor details, the rest of the facilities were very satisfactory. The staff provided excellent service, and the quality of the executive lounge breakfast was impressive. I hope more attention can be given to room conditions in the future to further enhance the guest experience.

Really very good five stars hotel

The room was not cleaned properly. Just change the bed sheets, take out the trash, and replenish the amenities. The required number of towels are not provided. No pajamas. The toilet probably wasnt cleaned during our stay.

Brand new hotel when we stayed. All amenities are in great condition, the hotel smells new all around. Buffet restaurant provides awesome food options. We only used for breakfast, but every day. It is close to MRT with easy access. And easy access to parking on site.
