Great location, beautiful views of the ocean, the breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing, the staff really friendly and helpful, the hotel has everything you could need including a pool on the rooftop, a bar with a great view, a gym and the rooms are spacious and really well kitted out.

Clean room, friendly staff. Good location

This hotel was an immediate breath of fresh air. The room was gorgeous with ocean views, clean, and I knew Id be able to relax. My only complaints: I didnt find the pillows to be very nice. Also, the room temperature control is next to the door, so if you need to adjust middle of the night... well, youll be up and down like I was. I docked one star for cleanliness because the rooftop restaurant/pool area needed better attention. But overall, I absolutely recommend this hotel in Colombo - amazing value for the price!

Staff were very accomodating and friendly

We had a fantastic stay at Granbell, many thanks. The room was fantastic, the staff excellent and the included breakfast phenomenal. We would love to stay again.

The view is amazing from the room

Lovely hotel - beautiful rooms, friendly staff, stunning views. Food at the buffet was good and reasonably priced. Only recommendation would be to to respond to messages via the booking platforms as our request got missed (but rectified for a small extra price) at check in.

Room was fine, tax isn’t included in prices so beware when getting food and drinks.

Very good hotel with nice view

Worst hotel experience ever.
Cant get any sleep in 7 hours stay because hotel people kept ringing the bell, even didnt know my booking information.
Slow check in, lots of people have to wait
