Their staff are so attentive and helpful. Great customer care!

Clean hotel with a nice breakfast. Located at a convenient spot close to the old town and ferry terminal.

Nice place, very good location, comfortable rooms and beds, good choices of food at breakfast

Need a repair the toilet seat

Very clean hotel with helpful staff. I think pricey given the size of rooms but perhaps typical of Stockholm. Breakfast was okay but lacking decent vegan options. Wasn’t a fan of the en-suite being a wet room.

The hotel is super convenient right next to a metro station so getting around anywhere in the city is easy. We also found it easy to walk up the road and into the old town. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby.
We didn’t find the room noisy, with the window closed it did block out a lot of street noise. The curtains were great super blackout and the bed really comfortable. The AC in the room though wasn’t very good. I think they’ve been set so you can’t adjust it so it didn’t come out very much and also wasn’t very cool. We ended up just opening the windows.
The bathroom was clean, fairly basic but worked fine.
Breakfast was really good and had a tasty selection of food and drinks. I would recommend the hotel we slept well, enjoyed the breakfast and found the location handy.
