Everything is a struggle at this hotel. From no hot water the first day and a half. Ice machine outside room running all night cause it was broken. The paper thin walls. The staff that would constantly give lip service but not get much done. Not much I can say that was positive outside the pool but had to beg for them to bring towels down there too. They need to renovate here and fast. But they were painting the outside car port.

Our stay at double tree outside universal studios was amazing! The housekeepers were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do when you are not at the theme parks. It was a very nice hotel.

The staff is AMAZING. So many people were very impressive. Vinny, who served me at the breakfast buffet, was so attentive and pleasant, clearly enjoys his job. The rooms were freshly cleaned every day, very well done. The fresh, warm cookies at check in are a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.

2nd time staying at the hotel and it was better then the 1st. All the staff is very nice and very helpful to our needs and questions. Highly recommend

I forgot my shirt in the room and after I checkout I reached out the hotel staff and they did not give it back.

Location is everything when traveling, if you are visiting the parks ( universal) and don’t want to break the bank this hotel is great. Like any other hotel an additional deposit was required for each room for accidentals and 44 dollars a night for valet sheesh 😲

Good food options onsite. 👍

My only complaint was the elevators took forever. 🤦‍♂️

Big shout out to housekeeping they kept our rooms cleaned daily ❤️

They do housekeeping at 5::pm is not helpful at all. and they told me about the extra charge for the parking lot $35 a day when I was checking in .

Nice experience close to universal!!

Front desk person, Hakeem, was. Joy. It was my partner and my wedding night and he was so ecstatic about that. We are seniors, and to have a young man express such joy touched our 67 and 69 year old hearts!
