Great stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travelers.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and above all, an excellent location with quick access to both Seoul and other regions across Korea.

I stayed in the Novotel Suites which had an in-room washer/dryer, very comfortable bed and large walk in shower. Definitely recommend

This place was excellent. The breakfast was great, the rooms were spacious, the gym and sauna/hot tubs were among the top of hotels that I have stayed in, and they even have a 24-hour convenience store on the second floor which came in handy a couple of times. Also a pretty good mall just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Clean and quite

Clean room, wonderful staff, wide range of amenities for your use. Would recommend staying again in Seoul

Very much satisfied with location, easy connection to the public transportation, welcoming and helpful staffs, sauna and fitness.

Casino was clean and having laundry in the room was such a convience.

Extremely nice hotel and room the neighborhood is a little sketchy though.

Super uncomfortable. Smells horrible.
The unknown sounds in the room. No idea what it was!
