The accommodation exceeded my expectations, very clean and tidy. .Carparking was plentiful and the reception was very welcoming and informative.

great room, spacious & with a kitchen that had a good mount of kitchenware. but no elevator and as this was part of a long trip we had heavy suitcases to bring up. Very nice & helpful staff. poor parking, glad we didnt have to park a car. I highly recommend Vudu cafe for breakfast.

A little dated but facilities are quite ok. Quite a stroll downhill to town centre and steep coming back if you don’t like hills
No nearby shops or eats

Road noise as traffic was diverted thru Melbourne st due to road works. Quiet enough at night

Location was very nice. Quiet neighbourhood and just a 5 min walk to the centre town. Reception was very nice and place was clean. Beds were a bit lumpy and shower door kept leaking onto the bathroom floor. Overall, good price for the value.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff.

Very nice Queenstown hotel within walking distance of town and gardens. Due to it’s proximity to the main road there was some traffic noise but overall a very comfortable stay

The room was awesome, plenty of room! Seemed more like a condo. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Staff was great!

Nice room, large comfy bed, loved having a bath. Walkable to town. Parking available onsite.

Room was big and kitchen well-equipped. The bathroom was also nice. The property is older but well-maintained. What I didn’t like was that there was a street next to it which was quite noisy.

The lady at reception was awesome. The honey moon suite does not have a balcony… TV wouldn’t go, but as it was after hours couldn’t communicate with anyone … Dial 0 for reception, but no phone in the room to do so!!!
