We appreciated Donish the absolutely most. Although, EVERYONE was very friendly. We feel that Donish went over and above for us, personally. Deep was right there with Donish as he was helping him. They were both super sweet.

The hotel was exactly what we hoped for. Old World feel. When we stay somewhere, we look for the “feel” of the area. The Clermont did the trick.

The beds were so comfortable. We all slept like babies. When in London, you NEED to sleep because all you do is walk, walk, walk!

Our only regret is that we don’t have enough time there. Next time……PLAN EXTRA DAYS!

It was a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious! It was a perfect hotel right by the finish of the London Marathon! 5 stars for sure!

Lovely stay, friendly attentive staff, comfortable spacious room.

Unbeatable location. Walkable to much of central London, and two of the most important Underground lines have a station in the hotel basement.

We stayed for 2 nights as family of 3 and would recommend the Clermont.The location is perfect right next to tube, train station and Trafalgar Square.

The hotel itself is lovely, immaculately clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with a sofa bed for our 10 year old. The room was spacious, clean, great amenities (daughter particularly liked the free sweets) and plenty of room for all of us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The sofa bed was also very comfortable for my daughter (the same cannot be said for others in London hotels we have experienced).

We were on the 4th floor and can hear the rumble of trains from the station but it didnt hinder our stay or our sleep.

We would definitely stay again.

Small room with a shower. Mini fridge was bonus. Quiet room conveniently positioned.

Excellent hotel from top to bottom. Very friendly, helpful staff and great, clean hotel. Large room and bathroom with excellent shower!

The room was impressively quiet when directly above a busy underground station, and was clean and comfy, however I had to change from my original room as it smelt musty and smokey.
Check in service was disappointing with the staff unable to understand English.
Breakfast service was similarly bad as the staff couldnt understand English. I had to ask 3 different people for poached eggs because each one said they couldnt take an order and i needed to ask someone else. Getting a pot of tea was also difficult.
The service all around until checkout, and the smokey first room really let down what should have been a good hotel.
