The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I asked for ideas of things to do in the area. They were very informative.

Right from check-in the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is older but the rooms and common areas were clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and although close to 16th ave., was surprisingly not noisy. Would stay again.........................

The room was very clean and quiet. The check in person was extremely nice and helpful The hospital is very close by. The breakfast was nice with enough choices for most people thanks for your kindness.

Our stay was fine. The motel is older, but in good shape. The a/c was really loud but at least it worked. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean which was unsettling. There was hair around the toilet bowl which were not ours which indicated poor cleaning. But it was only one night and all the hotels nearby were booked. Will we stay there again? Only if the price is lower and we have no other choice.

AC unit should have been tested before giving the room. Good that the hotel was painted recently from the inside. The rooms could use a freshner.

I was a female solo traveller and everything at this motel was pleasing. I felt safe, someone friendly a d helpful always on reception. The room had everything i needed, a comfortable bed, good washroom, good lighting, good facilities in room (a hob, microwave, sink and fridge) and all as clean as could be. Breakfast room is small but offers a range of foods including cereals, hot pancakes, bread, jams, juices, coffee, tea and muffins. There was nothing more that i needed.
Would definitely stay there again.

Good

Very noisy

Motel recently refurbished, rooms comfortable, clean and tidy. With the next phase of refurbisemet the Motel might reach an acceptable standard. Too much noise from the corridor, new sound proofed doors would be great and renew noisy plumbing.
Great kitchenette, toaster, microwave, fridge and 2 hot plates.

Very friendly and polite staff!
