Was fine. Nothing special but would def stay there again

The service was excellent, as they accommodated an off-hour check-in and room transfer. The room and bathroom was a little on the small side, but not deserving of a complaint.

Perfect room. Air conditioning was amazing!!!

Good size rooms, good location, good WiFi, good price. Yet one of the cheapest towels I used, the room was not vacuumed before I checked in, and the worst part - thick black mold on the back of the sink. Disgusting and unsafe. IDK, how can management disregard this hazard.

I was looking forward to be coming back in Hong Kong after 9 years. The first guy who checked me in, Louis, was not a worker at all. I checked in with a friend of mine and I asked to be on the same floor with her but we got separated by 4 floors. Her room had a walk-in shower while I had the bathtub-shower combination which I hate. My friends desk clock can charge a cellphone automatically while mine was a old model so I had to buy an adapter since the hotel doesnt provide that. An extra US$30 purchase for me. When you order an Uber, the hotel pin doesnt show up. Its with HK Arts Center which is next door. Had to haul our luggage at least 20 meters to get a ride. Pretty inconvenient.

Had a room on floor 20 with Harbour View and it was great
