Clean and comfi, friendly staff, close to everything. Swimming pool on the 14th floor. Around the corner from main central train station - so easy access to the airport if needed.
Please be aware that main lobby entry is little hidden - off the side road.
Now for the hiccup - it seems that hotel is going through some kind of renovation and there is some drilling and plastering going on, but it was not communicated to us at the time of checkin. Hence we got some plaster on our clothes and shoes.

We were in room 06 on our floor yet we could hear the lift pinging. We thought someone was knocking on our door on the second night but it was someone knocking on the door of a nearby room. There were bangs from behind the wall one side of the room - someone dropping their luggage?? And sometimes noises form the other side - someone moving furniture??

Good parking. Close to central and Haymarket, Walkable to Darling Harbour. Light rail close. Room clean. Glass door on bathroom , seems to be a trend. Pillows very flimsy and soft could upgrade those. Would stay again but ask for an extra toel and face washer for bathroom and another pillow.

Room was a good size for a family of 4, only thing I find hard was no storage, only 2 seats in the rooms but room is listed as a family, no where to hang towel when you get out of shower, friendly staff, bag storage on arrive super friendly, overall a nice stay

Efficient, friendly staff. Good location

The room itself was great but I think it was a bit ridiculous that they charged an extra $50 to park the car per night and the food prices are a bit excessive so I went elsewhere to eat. Its a cozy little room but the noise levels were a bit high from the neighbours. I liked that it was central and most places we went were close by. It wasnt too bad other than a few little inconveniences.

Good stay. Hotel very central. Great restaurants close by. Transport options close. Close to darling harbour and Chinatown. We were happy with our hotel choice. Only thing I did not like or understand was the duvet inner is not in a cover. There is a sheet, duvet inner then a sheet. I spent the night trying not to move so the sheet stayed in place and the duvet inner did not touch me as I doubt that is washed each time the room is turned over. It does not seem a hygienic option for a hotel bed.

Great hotel with a convenient location and friendly and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again when next in Sydney.

Fantastic experience started with the friendly and enthusiastic customer service from Trainee Emily - she was awesome.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, great interior design and central to CBD, Glebe, Newtown etc.

But the best bit was the lovely warm indoor swimming pool.
