The staff are very helpful, but the room is very average

It is certainly great and will come back again！ A little upsetted by some other noisy tenants for one night

The room had everything you want and more. The Japanese Bidet and Breakfast did it for us. Lovely hotel… you will certainly not regret booking here.

Everything was excellent, although the room was smaller than we hoped. The free drink offer unfortunately (2-8 pm) did not fit our schedule.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Plenty to eat around and at the hotel. The robot butler was cool. Mattress was a bit hard but an overall comfortable room. I loved the wet room and bidet.

Location, cleanliness was good. Staff were pleasant. But room was very small, buffet breakfast didnt have many options & was the same for the 6 days except that the pasta was changed to fried rice a couple of days. Didnt feel worth the amount I paid! Too add on, I accidentally booked an extra night which I realized only on the day I checked out. Requested hotel to refund at least partial amount out of goodwill but hotel refused so no goodwill too !

Love how comfortable and big the room and bathroom is! Enjoyed our stay everyday. :)

Nice large room with windows facing the street (oddly, not a park). The neighborhood is just a off a big street with major bus lines and a couple long blocks away from an MRT station.

Staff was very courteous and helpful in arranging laundry service and taxi pickup in the early morning.

The bed was large and comfy and we appreciate the spacious bathroom as well with both a shower area and a full bathtub! Highly recommend.

Although it’s near to the MRT but it’s not easy to locate . But once u found it then u will know how to walk to the hotel. Direction given not very clear hence my first day was not easy

Meh, lots of issues, hall and room smell bad, window is painted over, I don’t recommend
