The hotel was very well maintained.. Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center infront of the Da Nang beach. Walkable the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

Amazing location. Staff helpful and friendly. Fantastic rooftop swimming pool and restaurant.
Great selection of drinks and food,
Rooms spacious and nice. Great facilities. Recommend to others staying in Da nang

Excellent value for an ocean front suite. The staff were superb! They made us feel at home.

Hotel is functional, rooms comfortable but slightly dated., dirty windows. Breakfast is chaotic, tables not set, scramble for cutlery and tables, however good variety to choose from.
Pool area is poor, old sunloungers, old tables. Empty when I was there. Rooftop bar Seemed to have closed a while ago.
Staff are very friendly.

Breakfast was amazing great selection pool area fantastic vie. Staff very helpful.. Rooms were a good size. Recommend to others

Room smelt heavily of black mould and pool was under going renovation which I only found out upon check in. Friendly hotel staff but waited so long for service at the restaurant I ended up leaving because no one served us and went next door.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, I wish it stayed open until 11am. The pool was small but was very refreshing. There is a market and pharmacy within 1 minute from entrance. But keep in mind there are NO ATM near the property. Have locations to exchange money but the added convenience of an ATM is always nice to have.
Great location……spa was outstanding too.

NICE

It was a good hotel. Breakfast spread was a lot, room is clean. It can be quite noisy at night with the karaoke war around the hotel, but they usually stop at around 11.30 pm. Really appreciate the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport.

Generally, a great Hotel. The Ocean view Suite was a good size and well laid out. The noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants was a problem. Some nights the loud "music" went on past midnight making sleep a problem. Ear plugs were provided but not much use. To be a great place they need to install double glazing as I dont feel they will win the battle with their neighbours operations.
