Stayed here while visiting from the US for Disneyland and to see some things in the city. Very friendly and very helpful staff! The free shuttle to/from Disney and to/from the airport is extremely helpful. They sent us detailed instructions via email on how to get to the Pudong airport pickup area. There are free laundry machines (washer and dryer) with detergent included which was a huge help on our trip. The room size is excellent and the hotel area feels very safe. If the shuttle times dont work for you then didis are also super cheap from here: one all the way to the shanghai zoo was only about $22, all the way back from the bund was $15, rides to/from disney are about $5, and a ride to the costco down the street (where you can use your US membership) is about $2.50! Will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

AC did not work and our room was sticky. We called the front desk, they said they would fix it, they did not.

Very convenient location with free shuttles to the airport, Disneyland and The Bund. Really nice and helpful desk and concierge staff. Great breakfast buffet, and super nice restaurant staff. A really great deal overall. Highly recommended! 6 minutes from Disneyland.

Like my title says, great for disney goers, tons of shuttles to and from Disney every day. They have a shuttle to both Pudong and HongQiao airports but very limited. Pudong has 3 every day so if you miss one its a long wait. Rooms had basic needs, toiletries and evrything else you would expect. Comfy bed. The smell was musty and awful, we opened the one window but we are both sensitive to smells and my wife started feeling sick so we asked for an air purifier and got one in our room which helped a little. Staff were very friendly and helpful, most spoke great english. No food or restaurants around besides whats in the hotel(way overpriced) but thank God for E Le Ma(take out app). The breakfast looked like a large amount of mid quality food. If you dont mind quality then you will love this breakfast buffet. If you want something special or really top quality save your money and go into town to eat. If your just staying a night and heading out from Pudong, i suggest you look at other options. This hotel is

Great hotel to for a Disneyland Shanghai trip . The hotel offers transfers to and from the park which is super convenient. The rooms are a good size and the onsite facilities are great . Would definitely stay at this property on the next trip to Shanghai Disneyland.
