Unfriendly receptionist.
No car park allocate.

Boutique hotel right off the Jonker street market Fri-Sat after 6pm so be aware taxis cannot drive down Jonker street. Perfect location. Room is small but cute as it is an older buiksing in historic area. Set breakfast ordered day in advance.

Great location for a short stay in Malacca. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was perfect for my needs and both the bed and pillow were super comfortable.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
This is exactly what a hotel should be like.

Amazing hotel given it is right in the centre of Malacca. It had a very ‘European’ ambiance to it. Staff were very welcoming and always available.

location is good, 1-min walk to jonker street. room is small but clean. hotel staffs are very friendly.

Very nice staff.

Good location, friendly staff. Not big but comfortable. Walkable to sightseeing points.
Value for money.
Have a nice stay

I am happy with my stay. Service was great.

The hotel is located very closely to downtown and the top attractions of the city which is great, you can just walk a few minutes everywhere. The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious.
One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor.
But for one night, totally worth it!
